Knoxville Thunder Tryout
Camp is recognized nationwide
for developing the younger player and developing and showcasing the high
school age player. In the last 7 years, the Knoxville Thunder has had
86 players extend their playing careers in college or professional
baseball.
In keeping with our commitment to developing and showcasing talent, we
would like to invite you to attend our Knoxville Thunder camp/tryouts.
Not only will their be expert instruction in our camps but the
instructors, along with the Knoxville Thunder coaches, will be
evaluating the players interested in playing on one of the Thunder
teams. Our camps will be conducted by college coaches and
ex-professional players such as Mike Policastro (Cleveland State), Joey
Seaver (Walters State), Nate Goulet (ETSU), Scott Schroeffel (UT,
Rockies), and Eduardo Figeroua (UT). Our camp director will be Torre
Zerilla. Torre played professionally in the Rockies organization, and
has been an assistant coach with UT, UNC-Asheville, and currently with
Lincoln Memorial University. Torre is known nationally as one of the
best camp directors available.
